Kripalu Summer Retreat

Summer offers us time to pause, reignite our own glow, and connect more deeply with the life-giving force within and around us.

Jillian's retreats at Kripalu help you discover your most grounded, wide-open self--the state yogis call “true happiness”. Yoga offers many asana and meditation techniques to help you practice being in this state, and little by little, your moments of practice stretch into a lifetime. Jillian artfully weaves mindful vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and deep relaxation with metta meditation, mudita meditation, and nature walks to help you grown beyond habitual patterns of moving and thinking. As your body and heart relax, your mind opens to new possibilities.

Jillian summer retreat enhanced my life so much. For years I practiced yoga, but going to this retreat has changed everything. I never understood how good the restorative portion of Yoga could be for me. I am truly feeling just wonderful and well!
