This restorative sequence will stretch the psoas and open the front and back body. We’ll release the area around your diaphragm and the adrenals—where the top of the psoas inserts and things get really “stuck.”
Jillian Pransky & poet-astrologer Heidi Rose Robbins on presence, pause & self-compassion — ahead of their retreat at Feathered Pipe Ranch, Montana, and in celebration of Heidi’s new book of poetry, Ask Me.
Resistance bands nourish a steady strength while creating space for breath and opening. This practice series is an invitation to meet our lives with resilience and gently open into every transition and challenge with support, presence, and heartfulness within ourselves.
ABOUT THE SERIES:
The pace of our lives and all the transitions that come along the way can make us feel both depleted and stirred. There can be a pull toward growth, even as parts of us hold back. What if we met with change differently?
Incorporating resistance bands on the mat is a powerful tool to support our nervous system in these times. Bands help us cultivate strength that supports rather than strains, and foster an openness that doesn’t overwhelm.
This is an invitation to gently stretch into times of uncertainty—steady and open to what life brings.

It's Spring... and transformation is in the air! Join us to begin the season with the big melt and prepare for shifting into spring. Spring’s rigorous and spirited energy will soon begin its dance. Think about the potent, uplifting energy needed to crack a seed and bloom it into a budding plant. Join us today to begin our journey to melting off winters rigidness and contraction to prepare for growth and expansion.
In this 60-minute slow flow practice, we'll build heat so we can access and bring up this vital energy—mindfully. We'll use our blocks as weights to engage and warm our muscles, promote circulation, and build strength. We'll also move lymph by pumping and pulsing, squeezing and releasing our bodies through side leans and twists.
You'll receive two free practices when you register!

ABOUT THE SERIES:
IThis full-embodied series is designed to fortify your body, lift your energy, and nurture your heart—supporting renewal from the inside out.
Each week, we’ll weave somatic strengthening movements and lymphatic-clearing techniques with mindfulness and Lovingkindness practices—inviting you to feel strong, open, and deeply present. You’ll explore intentional resistance training using blocks or light weights to support stability and embodied confidence. Extra loving care for the core is woven throughout, along with practices to expand the breath, release stagnant energy, and replenish your inner reserves.
