I’m Jillian Pransky, and for the past 25 years, I’ve dedicated my work to sharing the principles of Deep Listening and pausing through teaching, writing, and speaking about the tools of yoga, meditation, and conscious relaxation.
These practices have helped me to create conditions to grow calmer, clearer, more open, and more able to respond to the present moment rather than react habitually. This not only sets the stage for healing, well-being, and more healthy relationships—it also sets the stage for evolution, individually and collectively. This is the healing that I'm most interested in sharing.

I created my online studio for you to access simple but potent practices to help you connect with your body, breath, mind, and heart—over and over again.
Based on the principles of mindfulness and deep listening, my classes are simple, accessible, breath-based, and heart-centered. My slow flow sequences blend elements from many styles of yoga—combining peace and power, movement and stillness, insight and breath, while exploring the philosophy and practice of yoga both on and off the mat.
All classes are open level and crafted to welcome both newer and seasoned practitioners.
FREE weekly Deep Listening meditation
Join me for a 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation. In these offerings, I incorporate teachings from my book Deep Listening that include awareness practices of the body, breath, mind, and present moment. Learning to pause is at the core of these practices. Pausing helps us create conditions to grow more calm, clear, and open, and to respond to the present moment with intention and purpose—rather than habitual action or reaction. We are learning to remind ourselves that we always have a choice about how we step into the present moment. We are learning to remind ourselves that we can always begin again.
Join us live, plus each meditation is recorded and available for you to repeat as often as you wish throughout the week. These simple practices are good for all levels of experience.
