My retreats and workshops bring you to beautiful and serene landscapes all over the world, where it’s easy to sync into the rhythms and cycles of nature that are at the core of my teaching. Rather than “tuning out” or “letting go” of unhealthy daily stressors, retreats help you “tune in” and “let be.” Stepping away from the busyness and distractions of our modern life can offer a deep level of healing and renewal. You don’t need to have yoga experience to come on retreat with me, only a desire and willingness to explore what it means to be your fullest self. Whether you have one day, a weekend, or a week to give yourself the gift of relaxation, these experiences are designed to remind you of your well-being and wholeness.
