Just Like Me: Releasing Tension Together

In times of uncertainty and transition, it's common for our nervous systems to feel overwhelmed. The current moment, for many of us, involves heightened stress and unpredictability—from seasonal transitions to collective challenges. To support ourselves through these experiences, we can draw on somatic practices, which help us not only regulate our own nervous systems but also expand our compassion toward others. This somatic practice is designed to help release bodily tension, bring awareness to our true needs, and foster a sense of unity and collective healing through the "Just Like Me" meditation.
