There’s never been a better time to focus on regulating our nervous systems.

We may be welcoming the year feeling excited to turn a new page and set fresh intentions and also experiencing anxiety and tension about the unknown. Here’s what we can remember: In every moment of our lives, we play a part in creating our future, and it starts with our practice.

This FREE Nervous System Reset will help you come home to the present, the place where we have the capacity to choose how we will meet ourselves, in the here and now. The place where we have the capacity to cultivate compassion with ourselves, just as we are. All in service of grounding ourselves in the present moment, the stepping stones paving our path into the future.

  • Starting with my signature LARLAR technique to pause and connect more deeply with ourselves in the present moment. We’ll set the conditions to create new, more conscious connections, and to find ways to be more fully expressed in our lives, in the world, and with each other.

  • Then we’ll shift into a somatic practice designed to cultivate a supple psoas, free the diaphragm, and awaken the deep core. This breath-based flow will help set the conditions for us to feel strong, stable, and centered, as well as soft, open, and fluid with whatever arises in the daily moments of our lives.

Over and over again in this practice, you’ll notice when your mind is wandering and return to your calm, steady center. As we bring the mind back home, the breath expands, and we allow the body and nervous system to come back into a state of rest and digest—where we can flow more freely into the present moment as the doorway to our future.

For the past 25 years, I’ve been teaching people all over the world the principles of pausing and deep listening through restorative and slow flow yoga and mindfulness practices, and my signature technique, LARLAR, for overall body, mind, spirit health and wellness.

To me, slowing down, turning inward, and deeply listening to our body and heart is perhaps the most meaningful form of self-care work we can do. When we are more compassionate and connected with ourselves, we are able to be more compassionate and connected with others and the world around us. In this way, our practice not only benefits us, it benefits everyone we are in relationship with, and everyone we come into contact with. This is truly why I practice, and why I offer the online classes, retreats, workshops, and trainings I do rooted in my signature technique, LARLAR .
