Change is constant. Transition can be hard. Stressful situations will always arise (and are in no shortage at this time). But we also know that no matter how much planning or arranging or clinging we do to make ourselves feel secure, there will always be circumstances beyond our control. This practice will help us stay calm and centered as we move with change, focusing on staying present and grounded through the "transitions" of our poses themselves. We’ll weave together awareness and breathing practices with gentle flows that include hip openers, core strengtheners, and psoas engagement.
