In this class we will focus on getting grounded in order to receive more energy, support, and resources, as we connect with the most powerful source of stability and nourishment — the earth. We’ll flow mindfully, establishing our roots, so we can bring the earth's energy up into our own foundation, and then throughout our entire being. You’ll feel more grounded, stable, and replenished. We’ll pay extra attention to hip openers, standing poses, low back relief.
