Autumn brings an increase in vata energy; the winds start picking up, and the mind begins swirling around, which can make us feel unsettled, scattered, and a little anxious. Our yoga practice can support us through this transition and help us feel more grounded and bring ourselves back into balance. We’ll use a mindful series of earthy grounding poses, core stabilizing practices, and balancing poses to help anchor us in the moment and feel more centered and stable.
