ESSENTIAL AUTUMN PRACTICES  🌾

RELEASE STRESS, FIND CENTER, & BUILD STRENGTH

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11: FIND CENTER

10:00-10:40 AM EDT

Autumn can leave us feeling more “racey” and “spacey.” Come back to center with this balanced practice of core work, somatic movement, breathwork, and balancing yoga poses. We’ll finish feeling more grounded, centered, and calm.

Plus, pair it with my FREE Friday Deep Listening Meditations at 9:30am ET.

This class is a single practice that is also part of a series.

ABOUT SERIES

After the busyness of summer, we are shifting into the start of fall. No matter your age, the season brings with it a “back to school” mood and the reignition of grounding routines, which is especially important in this season.

Autumn is a time of transformation. Yoga teaches that what happens in nature around us is also happening within us. As trees lose their leaves and return to their roots for nourishment, we too are reminded of our innate need to go inside for rest and reconnection. This transitional season is an ideal time to fortify your inner resources, nourish your own "roots" for health and immunity, and tap into your infinite source of compassion and heartfulness.

Join me for 8 weeks of practice that will support you in releasing stress, finding center, and building strength. Through weekly classes, you’ll recommit to your practice and foster steadiness throughout the frenetic energy of the season.

The full series is part of my online studio membership. $55/ month. Cancel anytime. Join here.
