nourish your nervous system: quick shift, shake it off
Explore your entire being through a series of somatic exercises, including mindful movements, shaking, tapping, deep breathing, and even a little chanting. The whole practice can be done standing with the option to finish seated or lying down. This class will work to boost your energy if needed or tone your energy down—and it can be used before other classes in membership when you need to release excess energy before shifting into a slower state.
nourish your nervous system: vagus nerve nurturing
The more “toned” our vagus nerve is, the greater ability we have to shift out of the threat response and into a regulated state of safety - rest & digest. Join us for a 25-minute mindful movement and restorative practice to release tension along the pathway of the vagus nerve from the head and neck down into the gut.
nourish your nervous system: expand your breath - flow into rest & digest
As our diaphragm moves more freely not only do we feel more relaxed but it also helps massage our abdomen and all of our digestive organs. This 25-minute mindful flow and restorative practice helps release tension that restricts our breathing while down-shifting us into a state of calm and spaciousness - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
nourish your nervous system: supple psoas sequence
When the psoas is constricted, it’s hard to relax. In fact, it can create excess tension through the gut, making it harder to take a deep breath. This 35-minute mindful flow and restorative practice will help release deep core tension in the psoas so you feel more grounded and at ease throughout your whole body.

strong, soft, open: cultivate resilience & relaxation through love
We’ll mindfully gather our energy while we wake up our entire upper body in this practice which focuses on the arms, shoulders, chest, upper back, and core all while uniting the breath and mind with the body.
strong, soft, open: cultivate resilience & relaxation through love
We can do hard things! However, strength practice is not just about building muscle, but rather developing strength to soften and open. We'll use full body balancing poses that will engage every muscle, including the heart, as we move deeply from a place of connection and compassion. We’ll cultivate an overall sense of stability and confidence throughout our whole being, which will help us to soften further still.
strong, soft, open: cultivate resilience & relaxation through love
This mindful flow will target all of our back muscles, core, and chest to help stabilize and open our posture without creating extra tension that may inhibit the movement of our diaphragm. Our practice will create space for expansive breathing and heart softening, as well as breath-based, mindful presence—the heart of yoga.
strong, soft, open: cultivate resilience & relaxation through love
Activate, stretch, and relieve tension in this practice specifically designed for the upper back. It's hard to soften and open our hearts when we are hunching over our computers and busy working on our phones. We'll move slowly but deeply, allowing time to breathe deeply and bring balance to our mind and body.

renewal through the chakras: full chakra flow & restore mini-retreat
Come join us for a practice that will leave you feeling deeply nourished with the resources for expansion. You’ll root, rise, and feel ready to bloom—just as you are. While weaving together a seamless flow of slow mindful movement, restorative yoga, and meditation, we’ll journey through every chakra center and all of our organs, nurturing our wellness, radiance, and energy. We’ll also focus on creating space using traditional chakra point awareness, bringing our attention in the body from the base and up to each energy center, so we feel rooted as we expand into the world.
renewal through the chakras: energizing through the crown chakra
The Crown gives us access to higher states of consciousness and universal energy that is in (and is bigger than) each and every one of us. It’s the polar opposite of the root chakra, which grounds us in our bodies and to the earth. This practice will help us connect to the support of the energy that is always there for us; so we can flow and grow, adapt and thrive along with transition and change.
We’ll explore a full range of movements for each center along the spine as well as gentle inversions, and an extended restorative practice.
renewal through the chakras: energizing through the third-eye chakra
As we connect with the power of our highest energy center, the Third Eye Chakra, we expand our capacity to transcend expectations, conceptual thinking, and hold paradox. This center is where we refine our ability to access our intuition, in the present moment, and are able to open up to a bigger picture. As we expand our perception, we can resource ourselves and direct our energy more purposely. We’ll explore variations of bridge pose, twists, and forward folds.
renewal through the chakras: energizing through the throat chakra
The Throat Chakra is the bridge between the heart and the head. This is where true power lies; when we listen with a present heart, and make room to grow more clear and compassionate, we share power with others, which is essential for times of transition and change. We’ll explore shoulder openers, neck stretches, gentle camel and fish variations.
renewal through the chakras: energizing the heart chakra
In this practice, we arrive at the Heart chakra, associated with openness, spaciousness, and boundlessness. This practice will offer gentle chest openers, side leans, and lunges to help us create more space in our heart center. We’ll explore gentle backbends, shoulder openers, and a full range of spinal movement.

renewal through the chakras:
Our Sacral Chakra is located in our low belly, low back, and pelvis, the home of many vital organs and governs our ability to process, eliminate, and stay fluid. This chakra also houses our gut feelings and emotions — energy in motion. This practice will help us soften our center, so our emotions can flow and we find more ease in our lives as we continue to transition through the season. We’ll explore hip openers, twists, and forward folds.
