This Joyful Spring Cleaning mini-retreat is designed to help you remove stagnation and heaviness and invite in fresh energy, setting conditions for you to fully bloom into the season. Our practice will help us connect to the support of the life force support that is always there for us, so we can flow and grow, adapt, and thrive along with transition and change. We'll flow through a full series of breath-based, chakra-focused poses, rejuvenating restoratives, vibrational bija mantras, and an intention setting restorative rest and meditation that will leave you feeling bright and aligned with springs expanding energy.

Jillian will be accompanied by Scott E Moore's soulful music helping us to raise the vibrations with some extra groovy brightness.
