FULL MOON RESTORATIVE FLOW: RECENTER & RECEIVE
As fun as it is to be out and about, frolicking around during the summer months, it can leave us feeling a little exhausted and scattered β especially as we arrive in the Full Moon Phase. This sequence will bring us back home to recenter and refresh ourselves using gentle core work, quiet forward bends, and a cooling, receptive deeply restorative full-moon rest.
