NECK, SHOULDER, UPPER BACK RX: A SEATED PRACTICE

This practice can be done anywhere you are sitting in a chair, whether you are at home, at work, traveling, on a plane, or at the airport delayed. This simple sequence will help bring great relief to tense, stiff, sore feeling muscles in your neck and shoulder. We'll flow through gentle movements and yoga poses and finish with a seated relaxation.

I've received so many requests for short practices that more easily fit into busy days, and I thought the heart of summer was the perfect time to drop them. 

This collection of practices will help you cool off, prep for travel (or help you ease into your return), strengthen your lower back, and relieve tight shoulders, neck, and upper back. 

Plus, since Summer Fridays may have you on the road, we'll meet on Monday evenings, so you can start your week strong, centered, and openβ€”or return to the practice whenever you need to all week long.
