WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In many ways, we are always carrying some level of grieving in our bodies and hearts - sometimes more acutely than others. Whether you are acutely experiencing personal loss, collective loss (since the pandemic), or ambiguous loss - we do know that life is filled with inevitable death and non-death related losses that will ask you to feel and navigate the natural process of grief. In this practice, we will explore how to practice "acknowledging" as a key in gently caring for yourself in this challenging time. In this session we will also look at supporting ourselves while we hold paradoxes of today's circumstances and grow more present with all of the suffering in the world.
