In the cold months, the Earth stops producing and replenishes its energy reserves. Like the Earth, we need to slow down and recharge instead of depleting our energy.
Join restorative yoga teacher Jillian Pransky for a 2-hour Omega Teachers Studio, to align with winter's energy as you turn inward and kindle your inner glow. We'll add extra care as we explore creating warmth, ease, and openness during contracting times.
Within the yoga practice, Jillian's emphasis is on internal observation, slow and dynamic movement, rhythmic breathing, and fully supported rest. While you absorb the health benefits of relaxation and renewal, you also discover the deep sense of connection that comes with synching up with nature, our breath, and each other. This workshop is designed to:

Yoga mat
Two blocks
Four yoga blankets or four bed pillows
