ROOTS OF LOVE SERIES
Autumn is a season of letting go and accepting the impermanence of things. During this season of change and transformationβas we experience, process, and digest a wide range of emotionsβour practices can help us feel more grounded and rooted, more supported and nourished.
Join us for a healing class series featuring heart-based practices to help us bring about a stronger sense of physical, mental, and emotional well-being β just when we need it most. Weβll warm our inner atmosphere and release deep stress and tension in order to boost our capacity to feel present and at ease.
Our practices will be built upon lovingkindness, weaving together slow-flow yoga, deep restorative relaxation, and Metta meditation. (Just a small dose of Metta practice has been shown to release stress and tension and help us feel better.) Plus, weβll incorporate Inner reflection and self-love to help us cultivate more meaningful connections around us.

Breathing Love: Medicine for Transitional Times
During times of transition we are acutely reminded of the medicine of coming back to the present moment. Thresholds can be wonderful and beautiful... but as we know, change can be uncomfortable. While we want to control how things go, the truth is so much is unknown. In this practice we come back again and again to the present moment, to calm ourselves, and ride the waves of the ever-new now, learning to be intentional and respond rather than habitually react. After some grounding and hip openers, weβll focus on side leans and twists to bring more flow and energy to the lungs and heart.
We are also now offering an Online Studio Membership that offers extended access to recordings from this seriesβand an entire library of classes for only $55 a month. Cancel anytime. Learn more here.
