Using a full range of slow, flowing postures, we will continually return to presence as we transition between poses. We are learning to remind ourselves that we always have a choice about how we step into the future. We are learning to remind ourselves that we can always choose, always start again. In this practice, we will explore somatic practices and physical awareness techniques to support your ability to reinhabit your body and reconnect with your own breath, so you can calm yourself and pause, in any moment.

Deep Listening is the practice of pausing and opening. We pause so we can pay attention to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us in a more open and compassionate way. In this sense, Deep Listening focuses on experiencing our connectedness, which helps us experience a sense of "okayness," belonging, and wholeness. This feeling of connection not only changes the way we respond to stress, it actually leaves us feeling more at peace and sets the conditions for us to evolve. As we feel more centered in our own lives, we will have more resources to stay open, curious, compassionate, and helpful as we expand into our relationships and the world around us.
Join us for Jillian’s signature Deep Listening Series, based on her best-selling book, which will guide you to release blocked energy, surrender layers of deeply held tension, nurture your capacity for self-compassion, and help you access your inner wisdom.
