grounded in gratitude: a 60-minute slow flow to nurture our nervous system and hearts

Gratitude is an essential source of medicine that has been practiced by many cultures and spiritual lineages for generations.

When we are feeling depleted, the practice of gratitude is insulating, and it returns us to presence and opens us to the fullness of life.

In the way the earth supports our physical body... gratitude holds our hearts.

Research shows that the practice of gratitude releases a surge of neurotransmitters called happiness chemicals that boost our sense of well-being, stabilize our mood, and help us feel more relaxed.

In other words, it actually wires our brains to help us build resilience, strength, and fortitude.

With that in mind, I’d like to share with you a grounding slow flow that will nurture our nervous system (and our heart) with gratitude.

This free 60-minute practice will help us feel more connected, rather than more separate, as we shift into a time of transition and change in our world. It will also fortify us as we enter a season of extra β€œtogetherness” with our families and loved ones.
