metta meditation for a spacious heart

metta is an imagery-based meditation that combines visualization and affirmations with the practice of self-study—specifically noticing how we feel as we do the practice.

In this practice, we’ll create space within us and around us, so we can return to our spiritual heart center, and practice meeting and anchoring ourselves here in the present moment. Our hearts are a doorway to the vast, infinite space we all share. When you can be more present in the vast space of your heart, it helps us connect together in the vast space of our hearts, with more compassion for all beings.
