Join Jillian each week for a 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and stoke your inner warmth during the winter months. Drawing from the teachings in her book, Deep Listening, these meditations guide you in cultivating awareness of the body, breath, and present moment.
Pausing is at the core of our practice. Through mindful pauses, we create the conditions to feel more grounded, calm, and clear—helping us respond to life with greater intention and ease. Each session serves as a reminder that we can always begin again, no matter what arises.
These meditations are designed to pair with Jillian’s new winter practice series, Winter Medicine, which follows at 10 AM. In keeping with the rhythm of the season, this series focuses on tending to our inner fire through mindful movement and restorative practices.
