This class will introduce a foundational series of hip and pelvis poses and movements that will help balance strength and openness. We'll use the principles of this class to help us progress through all of our other practices.

This pure restorative practice will nourish you deeply, as you are guided to feel the welcoming support of the earth and loving care of the breath. In a warm, welcoming space, you will slowly release tension and unfurl.
warming our inner hearth slow flow - winter harmonizing practices
As we move into winter and the holiday season, it’s not uncommon to have a heightened experience of busy-ness. Along with winterizing tasks around the house, gatherings, card-writing, and gift-buying, we also navigate family dynamics, as well as the stressors that already exist in our daily lives. If we don’t balance this with some space and time to care for ourselves, we grow tense and cut off from the very light, warmth, and resources we need to nourish ourselves at this time.

In this special 30-minute Pure Restorative experience, we’ll slow down, sink in, and soak up the nourishing resource of the earth, our breath, and the sky - restoring our own energy and wellbeing as we connect more deeply with nature and our own internal landscape.
