creating space to access our intuition
In our modern life, with its supersonic flow of information and noise, it can be challenging to tune into what’s happening within us, as well as to attain a larger perspective on things. With a simple practice, we can access a wider view.
The sixth chakra is where intellect and intuition are working together to open up to a bigger picture, expanding our consciousness beyond what we think we know.
It’s sometimes referred to as our sixth sense, our spidey-sense — the place that receives the big downloads.
The third eye is where we learn to transcend our “need to get it right” and instead allow guidance from a visionary perspective.
The practice of pausing, creating space, and listening to our deep inner voice rewires us and allows us to access our big picture thinking.
We want to create space for the bigger perspective to flow in—full of our inner wisdom, compassion, joy, spontaneity, and presence.
We want to access this space to ask ourselves the question: What do we need to know right now?
creating space to access our intuition
In this short slow flow, we’ll open up space in our physical bodies so we can have more ability to detect our inner GPS.
We’ll flow through standing hip and heart openers, forward folds, and twists to create room to listen for our intuition and generate more possibilities in the way we participate in every moment.
