Jillian artfully weaves Ayurvedic principles through her signature practice integrating mindful slow-flow yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, Metta meditation, and time in nature to help you bloom back into your body and your life.

You'll be guided through deep rest, designed to offer extra support as you release blocked energy and melt layers deeply held tension. This sets that stage to receive the rejuvenating benefits of a variety of Ayruvedic spring cleaning practices such as through breathing practices, movement, and time in nature. Step by step you'll gently expand through these revitalizing and uplifting practices. As your body opens, the mind calms, and the heart softens; allowing you to relax into a sense of spaciousness.
